– WHAT TIME IS IT?
Newly-wed buddies
Terry and Amber are newlyweds. They wake up every morning at 6:00 AM. Terry always makes the bed while Amber takes a shower. After that, Amber brushes her teeth and combs her hair. Terry prepares breakfast for them. They have coffee and toast together, and sometimes Amber sings while Terry laughs at her silly songs.
Terry leaves for work at 7:00 AM. He is an agrobusinessman, so he drives to his farm. Amber stays home to take care of the house and her two teenagers, Henry and Gustaf. She sweeps the floor, folds the laundry, and does the house chores before the boys wake up. She also writes in her journal every morning and feels peaceful.
At 8:00 AM, Amber takes Henry and Gustaf to school. After that, she meets her friend to work out at the gym. They talk and laugh, and Amber feels strong and happy after their session. When she gets home, she takes a deep breath and starts cooking lunch. Terry arrives at noon, and they have lunch together. They eat slowly and talk about their morning. Terry tells Amber about the crops, and she listens carefully.
In the afternoon, Amber studies online courses, while Terry builds new plans for the farm. He sits in his office, writing emails and calling clients. They both feel busy but fulfilled. After some time, Amber visits her sons, helps them with homework, and keeps them on track.
At 6:00 PM, Amber and Terry go for a walk. They love spending time together outdoors, breathing in the fresh air. They talk about their dreams, laugh, and enjoy the moment. When they return home, they cook dinner together and play the guitar. Sometimes, they watch TV, and other nights they pray together before bed.
Before going to sleep, Terry folds the blankets while Amber tidies the kitchen. They rest peacefully, feeling grateful for their new life together.
