Aula de INGLÊS on-line - SPEAKING: atividade de prática da fala com gravação orientada e correção individual

Rey-Charles and Roberto-Mario USED TO go on exciting FISHING TRIPS in the open ocean. They loved the sea and the thrill of catching the LARGEST fish they could find. Every weekend, they WERE PLANNING their next adventure, preparing their boat, and packing all their gear. They were busy with work, HOWEVER they always made time for their fishing trips.

Back then, before they got married, they WERE SPENDING long hours on the ocean, enjoying the peace and freedom that came with being far from the city. They USED TO sail to places where no other RESIDENTS or boats were AROUND. They would fish, relax, and sometimes talk about their dreams.

Now, things have changed. Rey-Charles HAS CHILDREN, and so does Roberto-Mario. Both of them have STARTED focusing more on their families. Rey-Charles IS WORKING in a RETAIL business that IS PROFITABLE, while Roberto-Mario is taking care of his OWN small farm. They still talk about their fishing days, BUT now, life is different.

The LONGEST trip they took was a week-long journey to a distant island. It was one of the best experiences they ever had. But now, with the responsibilities of married LIFE, they no longer have the time for such adventures.

Roberto-Mario says, “I miss the days when we USED TO have no worries.”

Rey-Charles replies, “Yes, but now we have our families, and that’s just as important.”

They both smile, remembering how life USED TO be, but they know that the past is behind them, and they are now enjoying the present with their loved ones.

Fishing trips may not happen as OFTEN anymore, but their friendship remains strong. They still meet to share stories of the old days, and they know THAT, even THOUGH their lives have changed, the bond between them will always last.
