Sundays are her favorite day because she visits her grandparents with her family and relaxes at home.

Tom keeps an active routine each week. He starts his mornings with a run and exercises every day. During the weekdays, he works at a gym and helps clients with fitness goals. He also trains in the evenings for himself. On Saturdays, he hikes with friends or plays sports in the park. Sundays are his rest day, but he still stretches and relaxes with some yoga.

Nina’s weekly routine is calm and peaceful. She wakes up early every morning to enjoy her tea in the garden. She waters her plants and takes care of her cat. She works part-time at a small shop, talking with customers each day. On Saturdays, she visits the farmers’ market for fresh vegetables and flowers.
